The Construction Master successfully executed the transformation of an existing garage/outbuilding into a modern Garden Suite, creating a highly functional Secondary Dwelling Unit.

The interior build-out is showcased by a clean, contemporary finish, featuring smooth drywall ceilings with recessed lighting, new wide plank flooring, and fresh white paint throughout.

The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen area with modern cabinetry, marble-look countertops and backsplash, and necessary appliances. A compact, stylish bathroom features large-format white marble-look tiling and a frameless glass shower enclosure.

Mechanical systems, including an HRV/ERV unit and mini-split AC/heating, were professionally integrated, resulting in a bright, fully finished, and energy-efficient living space.
