Daycare Interior Renovation on Payzac Ave, Toronto

The project involved renovating and altering an existing interior space for use as a daycare facility. The goal was to create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment with spaces designed to support children, staff, and efficient daily daycare operations.

The scope included reconfiguration of interior spaces, construction and modification of partitions and rooms, and upgrades to flooring, walls, ceilings, and other finishes. Lighting, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, washrooms, doors, hardware, and safety-related features were also improved, with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building, fire, and life-safety requirements coordinated throughout the renovation.
