Our Construction Work

The Construction Master has successfully completed the foundation work for this new residential build in Oshawa and is currently advancing through the crucial framing stage. The two-story structure features robust wood framing and is utilizing engineered I-joists for strong floor systems, complemented by a structural steel beam to accommodate a large span.

The entire exterior is wrapped in OSB/Plywood sheathing, securing the building envelope. This progress confirms that The Construction Master is adhering to high construction standards. With safety protocols fully enforced (including visible fencing and permits), the project is on track to begin mechanical and exterior finishes soon.
